From consultancy to software

Grupo Rodi was founded in 2001 as a consultancy for HR departments — recruiting, candidate screening, employee records and labor compliance. Over 24 years we saw the same pattern: chaotic HR processes living in spreadsheets and in one person's head. So we built TalentSafe to solve it from the inside.
